Q1: What products, technologies, and solutions will your company bring to VisionChina (Shenzhen) 2023 exhibition? Please introduce the highlights and applications of the main product.

A: Locke Kang Technology has been focusing on the research and development, production, and manufacturing of industrial automation machine vision for 15 years, accumulating rich manufacturing experience. Every product, from wire and connector to mold design and development, as well as sample assembly, embodies the professional spirit of the Rockcon team, and is ultimately implemented in end customer applications, gaining widespread recognition from customers.

The product categories brought by Locke Kang at this exhibition are diverse, each with its own characteristics, which is very in line with the industry's demand for visual equipment supporting cables.

Firstly, the CoaXpress&CoaXpress 2.0 high-frequency cable is suitable for industrial cameras. This product is certified by the JIIA Association in Japan, with a maximum speed of 6.25Gbps per cable and 25Gbps for four cables used simultaneously; The upgraded CoaXPress 2.0 cable can transmit up to 12.5Gbps per single cable. According to usage requirements, the maximum transmission distance can reach 150m.

Another popular product is the copper wire USB 3.0 and USB 3.0 fiber optic cable that supports long-distance transmission. This product adopts optoelectronic composite technology and can cover both long and short distance transmission needs of USB 3.0. It can meet the needs of drag chain scenarios, comply with the USB 3.0 Vision transmission standard, completely solve the abnormal long-distance transmission requirements of copper cables, and has stable performance.

Furthermore, there are gigabit and 10 gigabit industrial Ethernet cables with a high flexibility drag chain that can withstand over 20 million cycles, supporting high-speed camera transmission and using special drag chain outer cover materials, making them more suitable for industrial use environments.

The Rockcon M12 series cables use tin plated copper conductors with double-layer shielding, which are not easily oxidized, have a longer service life, and are easy to install. They are suitable for industrial camera applications such as 3D scanning. The connectors are designed with foolproof interfaces, which not only improve work efficiency but also reduce error rates. This exhibition also brought industrial camera I/O trigger cables and Camera Link cables with strong compatibility from Rockcon. This year, Rockcon also launched a new 10 Gigabit Ethernet fiber interface cable that meets LC multimode single core requirements. At the same time, Rockcon also supports ODM special customization needs.

But the main product of Locke Kang at this exhibition is the Camera Link interface cable, which is mainly used in high-speed cameras. This product is a strategic product of Locke Kang's deep cultivation in the machine vision industry. After countless adaptation experiments in the research and development process of this cable, it has now reached a relatively perfect state of matching imported high-speed cameras and domestic proprietary brands. The Camera Link cable interface is flexible, MDR-SDR、MDR-MDR、SDR-SDR、Sraight/Andled， Suitable for various application scenarios, the transmission distance can reach 15 meters or more, meeting the requirements of drag chains. In the factory inspection, there is also compatibility testing with the camera and TDR high-frequency tester to test the product to ensure its factory quality. At present, this product is mainly used in the terminal market applications of lithium battery testing and photovoltaics.

Q2: With the rapid development of industry technology, how do you think the company plans to respond?

A: As a supplier of cable visual components, although we cannot control the overall direction, we should actively adapt to the market and provide customers with feasible solutions to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Based on the actual operational strategy, the company's East China Anhui factory began large-scale production at the beginning of this year. In order to meet the rapid delivery demand and cost reduction strategy direction in the East and South China regions, Rockwell currently has a monthly delivery capacity of 200000 sets of cables in its Beijing, Shenzhen, and Anhui factories. Locke Kang not only achieves cost reduction and fast delivery through large-scale production, but also highlights the company's brand through service methods. The company can provide on-site technical support, including providing wiring scheme references, greatly reducing the wiring costs of end customers. The combination of the two measures has given Rockwell considerable confidence to cope with the technological explosion.

Q3: How do you think the country's emphasis on small and medium-sized enterprises will help promote their development?

A: I think the country's emphasis on these small and medium-sized enterprises is the direction of expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption. Its essence is to promote the rapid development of private enterprises, meet domestic demand, promote brand internationalization, and enhance international market competitiveness. This is a great good thing that benefits the country and the people. Each enterprise should combine its own needs and flexibly apply them to achieve further success for the company. Locke Kang's main business belongs to the professional manufacturing field, which meets the cable needs of many enterprises and has experienced the development and changes of the industry. The next goal is to establish its own brand, replace it with high-quality domestic products to meet the domestic market, and cooperate with the rapid development of the enterprise.

Q4: What is the current market situation of the company? Where will the focus of market expansion be in the next stage?

A: Since its establishment, Locke Kang has been deeply involved in machine vision and industrial automation supporting cables, and will continue to be the focus of the company in the future. At present, our company has established close strategic cooperation with leading enterprises in the domestic machine vision industry, and the high recognition of customers is also the driving force for the company's development. And our company is deeply involved in the cable business, with abundant inventory, and can basically provide spot goods. Customized products can also be sampled within 3 days and delivered within a week. Locke Kang has a considerable number of fixed customers in the international market, and the company also has a dedicated department to follow up on overseas orders. In recent years, the overseas market has been slow to advance due to the impact of the epidemic. Luokekang will continue to focus on the domestic market, actively explore overseas markets, participate in outreach, and let overseas markets witness the strength of Chinese brands.
